RUGBY FOOTBALL
NELSON WIN TOURNEY. NELSON, August 19. Nelson College won the Inter-Col-legiate Rugby Tournament, beating Wanganui by seven points to nil in the final. The Nelson forwards were smaller but it ’was their fine play which proved the deciding factor. The wooden spoon went to Christ's College, who were defeated by Wellington College by 12 points to 5.
