LEAVE IN HOSPITAL
SOLDIER’S ACCIDENT. BLENHEIM, August 5. Private Tombs, of Rai Valley a member of the Third Echelon, is spending his leave in hospital a s the result of a fall from a motor-cycle near Seddon. He was picked up an hour later, suffering from multiple injuries, including fairly severe head injuries. His condition this afternoon wa s satisfactory.
