Two-thirds Locked Out
(Received July 26, 10 p.m.) GOTHENBURG, July 26. The paper “Social Demokraten” estimates that two-thirds of Sweden's merchant shipping, totalling 920,000 tons, is at present abroad, and this with little possibility of reaching its home ports.
