METAL COLLECTION
BY SCHOOL CHILDREN. DUNEDIN, April 17. The Education Board approved the suggestion of the National Patriotic Fund Board, that school children’s cooperation be obtained in a nation-wide collection of non-ferrous metals, though the chairman (Mr Wallace), while agreeing with the cause's worthiness, expressed distaste r/ children being used for collections.
