TASMAN AIR SERVICE

DIRECTORS OF COMPANY

[Per Press Association] WELLINGTON, April 16

It was announced to-iiight by the Minister of Aviation, Hon. F. J'ones, that the Directors of Tasman Empire Airways Ltd., which Company, is in process of fdrrhatiOh to operate the Tasman air service, will be as follows : —United Kingdom representatives, Mr A. E. Rudder C.B.E. and Colonel N. S. Falla, C.M.G., D. 5.0.; Australian representatives, Messrs Fergtis McMaster and W. Hudson Fysh D.F.C.; New Zealand representatives, Messrs T. A. Barrow and C. G. White.

“The' operations of the Company,” said the Minister, “will be controlled by a commission on which there will he a representative of the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. It is expected that these appointments will be announced in the near future.
