Napier police officers were alarmed recently when a man who had been brought into the police station slipped two small white tablets into his mouth. Rather than take any risks, it was decided to summon a doctor, and the man was taken to the public hospital. Subsequently it was revealed that the tablets were pepstpermint drops.
