[Per Press Association] WELLINGTON, April 1.6 The weather report is as fol.ows: — General situation: An extensive disturbance, with its lowest pressure to the south-west, extends over New Zealand. An intense anti-cyclone is centred over South Australia. F orecast: Winds rather variable and mainly light to fresh in force; directions from a westerly quarter predominating, however, except for sea breezes to-morrow on the east coast- Seas, in New Zealand waters, slight or moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate winds from a westerly quarter, slight to moderate seas, but both wlnq and sea are increasing later in the south. Weather rather unsettled, and in places misty, with some scattered drizzle or rain in most districts, but especially in the western areas. Temperatures cool in south; moderate to mild in the north.
