DuttweiJer, a Swiss pbtitrciaiV in an article in the Press, says that the remaining neutrals, particularly the Swiss, must arouse* themselves and call a spade a 1 dpacfef He says that obeying the intruction to be.neu-. tral has not helped other neutral's, as witness Denmark’s fate. He adds: We know that the aggressor has no human considerations.- All his prbmises are pieces of paper.- The aggressor must know he is mistaken if he believes he can replenish his scanty stocks in Switzerland. It is th e business of the neutrals, now that the veil is lifted, to create the necessary coun-ter-weight. Bold, decisive action is necessary.
