ARRESTED IN FRANCE. DEFEATIST ACTIVITY INDICATED (Received March 20, 1 a.m.) PARIS, March 19. The French Chamber of Deputies is meeting to-day at 3 p.m. Thirty-three Communists have been arrested. In addition, two tons of literature has been seized. Radio equipment l that is usable in transmitting informa-J tion has also been seized. { Simultaneous police raids have been, made in Paris, Tours, and Dijon. GERMANS INTERNED. COPENHAGEN, March 18. Two airmen, missing from the crashed German plane on March 17,I 7 , were interned, after calling at a farmhouse and asking for breakfast.
