WITH NEW ZEALAND MAP. ' [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received March 18, 11.40 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 17. The police have found fragments of a map of New Zealand in a suitcase containing an ingenious incendiary time bomb. The bomb had exploded in the parcel room of the New York Central Sttaion filling the room with clouds of smoke and causing a panic. The police are exploring the possibility that the bag was stored in the station preparatory to an attempt to sabotage the liner Queen Mary, the Queen Elizabeth, or the Normandie.
