Submit Prices TO THE TRIBUNAL. WELLINGTON, .March 15. After a conference between the parties and also with the Tribunal in private, Mr. H. P. Richmond, counsel for Whakatane Paper Mills, Ltd., submitted to the Price Investiga.% n Tribunal the minimum prices on which the company feels it would be possible to carry on business. These provide for a general increase of one pound per ton on the cardboard produced by the company over and above those worked out on the basis of inc Tribunal’s interim findings. Mr. Justice Hunter said that Doc tor Foden (for the Crown) and Mr. W. Perry (for the boxmakers) would have the right to make submissions itwriting on these prices. Thg Tribunal would then consider the whole of 1 the material before it, and would give its final decision. It is not proposed to hold any further sitting on the matter.
