NOTES The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on t]m_ bar at high water was 25ft. 2in. The Poolta arrived yesterday from Lyttelton, to load for Wellington and Miramar. The Rata is due from Picton on Monday next, to load coal for Dargaville and New Plymouth. The Titoki is due on Monday next to load for Tarakohe and Nelson. The Puriri’is due on Tuesday next to load for Tarakohe and Nelson. The Totara was to leave Wellington at 5 p.m. yesterday, with carga tor Greymouth. She is due to-morrow morning, and will load for Miramai. , The Hokitika left Woodpecker Bay on Wednesday evening, with coal for Wellington. This was the first shipment of coal for two years from Woodpecker Bay, where the Brighton coal mine has commenced production.
