PINDER BEATS MARTINEZ. WELLINGTON, September 4. In a spectacular’ wrestling bout, Little Prince Bhu Pinder (India) beat the six-feet-four Ignacio Martinez (South America) by one fall to-night. Pinder gave away at least a stone and stood a little taller than his opponent’s shoulder. IPs astonishing speed and agility enabled him to take the initiative throughout the bout, and win the support of a considerable proportion of the large crowd. He, took his fall in the fifth round with his specialty hold, the Indian crab, not previously seen in Wellington.
