TRANS-TASMAN SERVICE. CANBERRA, August 24. The final stage of the negotiations in connection with the joint Austra-lian-New Zealand-British Company to control the Tasman air-mail service has been entered upon. The Federal Cabinet has submitted the final draft of the air-mail agreement to the other Governments. Early in the coming Parliamentary session, a bill will be introduced to ratify the agreement under which the service will operate.
