55 AND 60 MILLION DOLLARS. OTTAWA, April 25. Presenting the Budget, with only minor tariff and tax changes, the Finance Minister (Mr Dunning) revealed a 55,000,000 dollars deficit for the year, and that he is budgeting for a 60,000,000 dollars deficit next year. Mr Dunning urged private investors and industry to drop the defeatist attitude and to take the leadership for a revival in trade.
