TO MEET KING AND QUEEN. WASHINGTON, March 9. A stack of visiting cards, two feet three inches high, has accumulated at the British Embassy, representing prominent Americans who are anxious to meet the King and Queen, when they visit the United States. The Ambassador is deluged with letters, telegrams, and a stream of callers, requesting an opportunity to entertain Their Majesties.
