NOTES The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 20ft 4ins. The Kakapo sailed yesterday afternoon for Wellington. The Gabriella is loading coal and timber for Miramar, and is to sail early this morning. The Rata arrived yesterday afternoon, from Westport, to load coal and poles for Waikokopu and Gisborne. The Titoki arrived last eveniilg from Tarakohe, to load coal for Tarakohe and Nelson. The Poolta left Lyttelton yesterday afternoon with cargo and is due tomorrow to load coal for Wellington. The Matthew Flinders, with, Australian cargo, is due on Friday from Auckland and Wellington, and will load timber for Sydney. The Kiwitea is due from Wellington on Friday, to load, coal and timber Tor Auckland "and Portland.
