BELL WILL CASE

SON’S APPLICATION REFUSED. CHRISTCHURCH, December 12. Holding that no case had been made out that would justify any disturbance of the twill, Mr Justice Northcroft, in the Supreme Court, today, refused the application of Robert Brown Bell, for an increased share of the £70,000 estate of his father, the late Robert Bell, newspaper proprietor, of Christchurch. Costs were reused to plaintiff.
