Reefton Jockey Club CHANGE"-QF JANUARY DATES. At a meeting of the- Committee of the Reefton Jockey Club, aMfetfssion took place regarding the proposed change of dates for the forthcoming two-day meeting of the Club. It wa§,. pointed out that the President, when in Christchurch, was approached by trainers and owners on the matter, asking that the dates be changed from January 4th and 7th to January 7th and 9th, it being pointed out that many horses as well as jockeys were engaged in the south on January 4th. After considerable discussion, it was moved that the Club' apply for Saturday and Monday, 7th and 9th January. The motion was carried lyOne member was nominated as a member of the Club. After discussion of general business, the meeting concluded. FLOODTIDE SCRATCHED. AUCKLAND. December 1. Floodtide was scatched from all engagements at Ellerslie at 3.55 p.m. today.
