Belgium’s Decision
[Aust. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] BRUSSELS, November 29. M. Spaak (Foreign Minister), has announced that Belgium is discontinuing participation in the Non-In-tervention Committee and is negotiating with a view, to representation of the Belgian Government at Burgos. 6 LATER. The Belgian Senate has approved of M. Spaak’s policy towards Spain.
SWEDEN AND NONINTERVENTION.
LONDON, November 29.
The Australian Associated Press says that, in addition to Belgium’s action, Sweden has advised her intention of withdrawing her representative from the chairman’s sub-commit-tee of the Non-Intervention Committee. SWEDEN’S DECISION. (Received November 30, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, November 30. Sweden will retain her membership of the main Non-Intervention Committee.
HOLLAND'S REPRESENTATIVE RESIGNS FROM CHAIRMANSHIP. LONDON, November 29. Admiral Van Dulm has resigned from the chairmanship of the NonIntervention Board, due to personal reasons. This action will not affect Holland’s participation) WILL COMMITTEE PASS OUT? SIMILAR ACTION TO THAT OF BELGIUM. LONDON, November 29. Similar action by other, small Powers is possible. Official circles do hot conceal their concern at the withdrawals, from which disturbing conclusions can be drawn.. It is stated, that there is no cause for change in the English and French views, but the possibility has arisen that the Committee will quietly disappear.

VALENCIA, November 29. A .rebel plane , chased and dropped bombs near the British freighter Toussika, outside Sagunto last night, and forced her aground on a nearby beach. The remaining 77 Britishers and 33 Canadians, made prisoners by General Franco, are being exchanged for Italians, captured by the Republicans.
