WELLINGTON, November 29. The results of the recent poster competition organised, to popularise Territorial training are announced by the Army Headquarters. The competition was divided into two sections as follows:— i A. (first prize five guineas, second two guineas, third one guinea).— Open only to serving members of the New Zealand Military Forces for suggestion or design for posters, conveyed by rough sketch, but • not intended to be suitable for direct reproduction. B. (first prize ten guineas, second five guineas, third £2 10s). —For open entry from members of the general public and military forces, and calling for finished design in colour, suitable for direct reproduction, with a maximum of six colours. , The awards are as follows:-— Section A. Second Lieutenant E. McAra, First Battalion, Wellington Regiment, City of Wellington’s Own. U.'ll 1 Corporal D. G. McNab, 2nd. Field Company, New Zealand' Engineers, Napier I 2 Sergeant J. K. Welch, C. Company, First Battalion, Hawke’s Bay Regiment/Mdsterton /. 3 Section B. E. O. Chapman (Wellington) .... + R. Clark (Wellington) t P. Moore-Jones (Wellington) .... <3 t Equal.
