The Paris correspondent. of the “Daily Telegraph” says: “Doctor Harry Plotz, head of the laboratory of the Pasteur Institute, told the French Academy of Medicine that he had discovered a germ that causes measels. It was a “filterable virus.” and Dr. Plotz said he believed it possible to develop serum vaccine to prevent the disease, but it might take years of research.
