RISING IN BRITAIN. [British Official Wireless.l RUGBY, May 17. On April 30, the Ministry for Labour’s cost of living index was approximately 56 per cent, above the level in July, 1914, compared with 54 per cent, a month earlier and P2, per cent, a year earlier.
