The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 26ft 2in. The Omana with timber for Melbourne and Adelaide, sailed yesterday. The Waimea arrived yesterday morning from Port Waikato, to load timber for return. She is to sail this afternoon, and after discharge at Port Waikato she will proceed to Wellington to load for Westport and Greymouth. On arrival here, she will probably load timber for Port Waikato;
The Gabriella is to sail ( oarly this morning for Sydney and Newcastle, with timber.
The Kalingo is loading for Miramar and Wellington. The Poolta was to leave Wellington last night for Greymbuth, with cargo, and will load here to-morrow morning for Miramar and Wellington.
The Kaimiro will not load at Greymouth to-morrow as scheduled, owing to the dispute and the paying off of the crew at Auckland. The Rata is due to-day from Wanganui, via Westport, to load for Picton and Wanganui. She is to sail to-day, and will return to load coal for New Plymouth. The Hokitika was to leave Wellington at noon yesterday with cargo for Tarakohe, Greymouth, and Hokitika, being due here to-morrow morning. The Titoki is due on Monday next to load coal for Tarakohe and Nelson . The James Cook is due about Tuesday from Sydney, via Dunedin and Lyttelton, with poles and general cargo. After discharge, she will load timber for Melbourne. The Gael was to leave Hokitika yesterday with cargo for Bruce Bay.
