DELAYED DROP RECORD. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] PARIS, March 8. James Williams, in a new delayed drop record, leapt out of a plane when 35,075 feet high, and opened the parachute when 650 feet from the ground. The free drop occupied 140 seconds, and the parachute drop 18 seconds.
