FRENCH DEFENCES
REMOVAL OF MUNITIONS. FACTORIES. LONDON, February 8. The "Daily Telegraph’s” Rome correspondent says that discussing the decentralisation of war industries the Supreme Commission of Defence considered proposals to remove large war factories from the proxibity of the French frontier, to the centre and south of Italy. The plan includes the construction of large munition works in country districts.
