Any taxpayers who desires to make a claim for consideration by the Committee must furnish his claim to the undersigned on or before the 31st day of January, 1938; such claim should set out in detail the financial position of the claimant, and the grounds upon which it is alleged that the exaction of the full amount of land tax assessed would entail serious hardship.
