RESTRICTIONS ON BRITISH CYCLISTS. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] LONDON, November 29. Ten million cyclists throughout the country are affected by the recommendations from the Traffic Advisory Committee which the Minister of Transport is considering. They include a minimum age limit for cyclists, registration of bicycles, compulsory use of cycling tracks on main roads, and third party insurance. Pedal cycles were involved m over 60.000 accidents last year.
