FIVE CONVICTS SENTENCED. SACRAMENTO, November 26. Five convicts at Folsom have been sentenced to death for killing of Gaol Governor Larkin as cabled on September 24. The accused must undergo a mental examination, which will begin on Monday, before they can be executed.

The District Attorney has issued a complaint alleging murder against Dennis Wilson, aged 27, a former New York pugilist, and lately a cinema extra, in connection with the murder of Hymie Miller, as cabled on November 23rd. Wilson has been missing since the shooting of Hymie Miller.
