VICTIMS SUE THE CORPORATION. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received September 16, 7.30 p.m.) BELFAST, September 16. A man was shot in the hand at his front door at midnight in Belfast by some unknown person. The victim sued the City Corporation for malicious injuries, and he was awarded 160 by the recorder. Another man was tarred and feathered and also was chained to a lamp post in Belfast. Suing the Corporation, he obtained £8 damages. A third man was attacked in the street,, and he was awarded £lO.
