COTTON'S GERMAN TITLE. BERLIN, August 15. Cotton won the German golf chainpinoship at Baden, with a total of 274 Boyer, seventeen strokes away, was second. Cotton’s rounds were 63, 70, 69 and 72. His first round broke the course record by three strokes and included an eagle and nine birdies, despite the rain.
