SYDNEY EPIDEMIC
Mumps and Measles PRETTY WIDESPREAD. [Aust. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received August. 3, 10.25 p.m.) ■ SYDNEY, August 3. A mild epidemic of mumps and German measles has occurred in Sydney. The epidemic is resulting in the depletion of business staffs, the closing of schools, and the curtailment of the naval manoeuvres.
