NOTES. The Harbour Board last evening reported that 'the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 25ft 9in. The Huanui will sail when the bar moderates, with coal for! Foxton. The Omana from Wellington with general cargo called at Westport, but is bar-bound (there en route, and eannot reach here before to-night at the earliest. After discharge she loads timber for Melbourne. The Waimea' was /to leave Tarakohe yesterday afternoon for Greymouth direct, and is due (this morning to load coal for picton. The Alexander leaves picton today for Greymouth direct, to load coal for Nelson. The Karu leaves Wellington tomorrow, and is due on Monday morning (to load timber for Petone, Wellington, and Miramar. The Titoki was Ito load at Onehunga on Wednesday for Westport and Greymouth, via Dargaville and Wellington, where she will also load cargo, and is due here on Tuesday. The Karepo arrived in the roadstead at 6'30 p.m. on Wednesday from Wellington, but was unable to benth owing to the rough condition of the bar- On arrival, she will load for Wellington. ■■
