BURGLARS
ACTIVE IN AUCKLAND. AUCKLAND, April 24When the licensee of the- Market Hotel in Grey Avenue, ei'ty, Mr 11. Parry, came downstairs this morning, he discovered that the sum of £l5 had been stolen from the premises during the night. The summer residence of Mr James Pascoe a well-known city business man, situated on the hills above Tit’rangi, was entered by burglars last night, and a quantity of cutlery an* toilet requisites were stolen. Tho police are 'investigating.
