The “Tageblatt” reports that the Czechoslovakian delegations have withdrawn from the International Sugar -Conference, they be’ng unable to accept the export quota proposed to be allotted to Czechoslovakia, which, is three hundred thousand tons for fhe first year, and 250 thousand tons for the subsequent four yearsCzechslovakia has demanded 360 thousand tons of a quota for the first year!, 315 thousand tons for the second,. and 280 thousand tons for the suceceding three years-
