SLIDE OF ROCK

KILLS SEVEN WORKMEN IN DAM MONTREAL, March 3. Seven men were killed by a rock slide at the Polson Dam in Montana, U.S.A. Three others were seriously injured by another slide of rock when they attempted a rescue. The rock was loosened by fast-melting snow, and the men were trapped at the bottom of a river where they were excavating.
