PARIS, October 21. iSeven were killed by a maniac youth, who, armed with two rifles, is roaming the forests in the region of Bassesalpes. , A woodcutter states while he and a companion were working they heard a shot; and found the youth had crept up and shot a-child playing outside a cabin-. The woodcutters ran towards the. murderer, but one was killed. D His wife and two children ran out I, from the cabin, and all were shot. (i The madman then fled, killing a t (diepherd in h’s flight.- Another body ' was also found in the forest later.
