C. 1.; and, in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duty 7 will be' payable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 26th November. 1936. The liability to pay is not suspended by tiny objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage accrues; any overpayment will be adjusted by refund.
