FRENCH POPULAR FRONT. PARIS, October 20. Premier Blum's (attempt to rally the Popular Front has already received a rebuff. The Radical Socialists not. only criticised the Government’s policy, but resolved that they cannot continue to collaborate if the wishes of the various parties forming the Popular Front are not more respected.
