SYDNEY TEST OF LEGALITY. (Keeeived October 211, at 5.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 20. Lilie'iil on begun today, before Mr Justice Nicholas, in the Equity Court, concerning the right to broadcast race descript ions from a. platform erected on private land outside of the racecourse. The parties are as cabled on March 19th, together with the statement of claim. Five King’s Counsel and four.members of the Junior B|ir are engaged, and it is expected 1 that important points of law will be raised. '1 he suit is expected to occupy at least a fortnight.
