Illegal Operation Charges (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, October 19. The. re-trial of Isabel Annie Aves, alias C'raike, married, of on charges of unlawfully using an instrument. with intent to procure miscarriage on seven occasions between May, 1935, and June, 1936, at Hastings., commenced at the Supreme Court today.
