October 16. <( I was getting bored, and now have a new incentive working for shareholders ’’ said Lord Nuffield, when interviewed, referring 1o the public's interest in shares. He added: There is no responsibility looking after one’s own money, which means nothing to me. Indeed T could easily go back to where I started and might be happier if I did. but having earned the money. I wish to alleviate suffering, in which I believe, Britain ought to lead the world. I hope the university, every year will produce 29 brilliant men, who will teach in other centres.”
