Further Judgment (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON. October 16. The Arbitration Court, has given judgment on a furl her application under the Factories Act, made by factory occupiers engaged in the printing industry. The Court takes the view that the applications are on the same footing as .172 applications already dealt with in this industry, and that an order must accordingly be made in terms of the judgment delivered on such earlier applications. Orders accordingly have been mare extending the hours under the Factories Act to those fixed bv the respective awards now in force.

Mr Monteith, the workers’ representative, who dissented from the main judgment, also dissented from lie making of the present order.
