Arrived, at 2 a.m., Waimea, from Grevmouth. NOTES The Harbour Office last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 25ft. The Kalingo is loading timber for Sydney. The PooPta sails this morning for Auckland. The Alexander left Westport last night for Greymouth, to load for Wanganui, and is due this morning. The Karu left New Plymouth at 11 o’clock .on Tuesday night for Greymouth direct, to load Umber for Miramar, Petonc,. and Wellngtou. She is due this morning.

The Kartigi leaves Wellington tomorrow with cargo for Greymouth. She is due on Saturday right to load for Wellington, and probably Miramar. The Rata is due to-day from Wellington, Tarakohe. and Westport to load «oal and Umber for Picton. The. Janies Cook is due on Monday next, from Lyttelton, to load timber for Sydney. AUCKLAND TRADE RECORD. AUCKLAND, October 13. The revenue of the port of Auckland for the last 12 months has.reached the record total of £413,800. and the returns for September have shown a surprising increase of £11.300 upon the figure for the same period last year. This makes a total increase of £51.500 for the 12 months, which is described as a marked improvement, to which all departments of revenue have contributed.
