WHEAT RISES AT SYDNEY. (Received October 13, at 10.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 13. Wheat touched 5s 2d per bushel on the Sydney' market to-day. This is the highest local price since .1930, SYDNEY WOOL RISE. (Received October 13. at 10.45 p.m.) iSYDNEY, October 13. At the wool sales to-day. there was a st-rong demand on Yorkshire 'and Continental account, and the improved rates of the previous day were fully maintained. Greasy merino went to 22 jd. which is a record for this season on Ihe Sydney market. A total of 12,711 bales was offered, 12.122 being sold, also 3,058 bales were disposed of privately.
