SAVOLDI OUTS BLOMFIELD. BUT IS DISQUALIFIED. (Par Press Association). WELLINGTON, October 12. Joe Savoldi knocked out Lofty Blomfiold with a. drop-kick, after the timekeeper's bell had terminated the seventh round of their professional heavyweight wrestling match at Wellington Town Hall to-night. For this breach Savoldi was disqualified, and the bout was awarded to Blomtiebl. Until this episode the scores stood equal at one fall each. Blomllebi bad pinned Savoldi within three seconds of the opening when the other’s dropkick missed. Savoldi took a fall in the fifthround with a successful drop-kick and a press.
