SYDNEY WOOL SALES. (Aus. & N.Z Cable Assn.) SA Z DNEY. October 12. At to-day’s wool sales 12.443 bales were offered, 11.554 were sold and 1831 were privately sold. Yorkshire, France and Germany operated freely, with useful support from Australian mills. Better class fleece wools and good skirtings were in keen request and were 21 to 5 per cent, higher.
