LOVIS KNOCKS ARGENTINIAN (Aus. & N.Z. Cabin Assn.) (Received October 11 at 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 9. Brescia, the Argentine boxer, was knocked out in the third round by Joe Louis. In the third round, Louis, fighting like a maniac., shot a right to Brescia’s jaw, followed by a left hook, sending the Argentinian down for the full count. There was an unexpectedly small crowd of only 5200. due to the, high price of the ringside seats, namely, 114 dollars.
