PROGRAMME REVISED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 21. Cabinet during the week-end ha'been carefully overhauling the legislative proposals with the object of framing the final programme of this session. Hopes that. Parliament could adjourn by the first week in Oetobei disappeared when the Ministeis realised how much important legislation remained for consideration. The general view in Ministerial eireb" is that it would be difficult to complete the programme before October. Mr. Savage stated to-day it seemed far preferable to stay a week or two longer this year, and avoid a .-iiort session early next. year. This would enable the session to open about July next year.
