HAVANA, September 20.

Four persons were killed and twentyseven were injured, when a bomb, which had been concealed in a small truck, shattered the building of the newspaper. “El Tais,” also a church on the opposite side of The street, caus'no- damage amounting to two hundred thousand dollars.

A second explosion was averted, as the police found one hundred and fifty sticks of dynamite in a ear outside of tlio newspaper “Dairio De La Alarina.’

One theory is thaT the Terrorists are guilty of t'lie outrage., angered by the newspapers’ sympathies being with the Spanish rebels. Another is that an anti-Goinez element are responsible for the oufragc.
